Tips on Keeping you Coronavirus Free!

I am not going to state the obvious here like masks, hand sanitizer ect that most already know about but I am addressing risks that most people would not even think about;

Lysol or sanitize your mail on your porch before bringing it into your home. Mail comes to and from all over the world to your home and remember that the active coronavirus lives on surfaces up to nine days.
Lysol or sanitize your groceries before putting them away in your cupboard. People touch and pick up groceries then put them back on the shelves. If a person with the virus picked up the groceries your getting then there's a high risk you could contract it.
Do NOT buy any prepared foods at the DELI or BAKERIES that are hand prepared by people. If the deli or bakery employees had the virus then hand made your food, there is a high risk of you contracting it.
STOP going out to eat at restaurants of any kind. If a cook has the virus, you'll get it too.
Leave your shoes on your porch or in your garage, do NOT bring them into the home. After coughing of sneezing the virus settles to the floors of the stores your shopping in.

I have read that using a 1/4 of a teaspoon of baking soda mixed into a glass of water once a day prevents many viruses from taking hold inside the human body. Its worth a try and the effort in my opinion.
